Hey:) I had a demo of this remake ages ago, and i noticed recently that they had finally finished work on the game and the full version is now avaiable to download on there site: Streets of rage remake is the ulltimate SOR fan game. It takes all of the best levels from the 3 games as well as the characters and their move sets, and merges it into one awesome game! Theyve even made their own storyline with cutscenes similar to SOR3s. The soundtracks been rimexed to and its ace(i have it on mp3 lol). Some of the levels are new(like driving a bike on the bridge level) you can also use guns(optional) and there are multiple endings and alternate routes to take through each stage. You can play it 2 players with yourself and a friend or use the computer, theres several unlockables 2 like a movie theatre, bmg, volleyball mode, flag chase mode as well as extra characters!

I cant stress enough how much this remake kicks ass, you justy need to download it NOW! Theyve been working on this for years, and their time and respect for the trilogy has really paid off and shows throughout the game. Its the closet we'll probally ever get to Streets of Rage 4.
